      • September 30, Bay Shore, Long Island, NY, 7PM. I'm speaking at the Long Island LGBT Center, delivering my workshop: Hello, Cruel World, A Survival Guide for Sex and Gender Outlaws.

      OCTOBER, 2009

      • October 3-4, Brown University, Providence RI. I'm sitting on a panel that's honoring John Emigh's retirement from teaching & directing at the Dept. of Theater, Speech & Dance. Contact the newly re-named Department of Theater Arts & Performance Studies for details.  
      • October 17, Giovanni's Room Bookstore, Philadelphia PA. I'm reading steamy rock-out excerpts from my upcoming memoir. This is a BENEFIT for Giovanni's Room, so please bring lots of money to buy books and donate coin. I promise I'll give a good show.
      • October 23, Tucson AZ. 3PM Reading & Book-Signing at Revolutionary Grounds Coffee House.
      • October 24, Tucson AZ, Noon. Keynote, 11th Annual Drag King Extravaganza! Check in with the IDKE XI website for updates, because I just may be doing a kissing booth on Sunday the 25th!

      • November 14, University of Nevada, Las Vegas. 12PM. Keynote, Come Out. A conference about bullies and what to do when you've got 'em. 
      • November 16-17, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. I'm doing a 2 day mini-residency, with talks and workshops. Details will be announced through the U's LGBT Resource Center.
